Optimizing the quality of service excellence through the application of technology In Bale Tirto, Klaten

Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of technology can affect the quality of excellent service at Bale Tirto. Bale Tirto is a tourism destination with the concept of Javanese heritage located in Kiringan, Ponggok, Polanharjo, Klaten. This destination offers various attractions and facilities for tourists, such as: restaurant, cafe and lelumban (swimming pool) which is quite famous in Klaten Regency. Although it is quite famous, the operational system at Bale Tirto is still running manually, both bookkeeping and ordering, entering data still using the handwriting method. This has an impact on the performance at Bale Tirto to be less than optimal. Socialization and training related to the program system that be implemented are given intensively. This research uses a qualitative approach, using observation and interview methods. The result of this research is that the application of technology can increase the knowledge and ability of employees in operating technology at Bale Tirto and make the services provided to tourists or customers more optimal and efficient.
